The Lugana 'Pruviniano' by Domini Veneti is a savory and mineral white wine, a reflection of the soils on which it is grown. Made with pure Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, it is vinified and aged entirely in steel, before surprising with its distinctive characteristics. It is a wine capable of combining verticality and structure without sacrificing freshness, which is why we recommend it both as an aperitif and to accompany lake fish dishes.
