"Monleale" is a rich and evolved red wine, with pleasant notes of fruit in alcohol and balsamic hints. Fragrant, intense, complex, it is fermented with indigenous yeasts and represents the spirit and character of its producer, Walter Massa.

absolutely respectful manner, limiting any type of intervention to a minimum so as not to overpower the natural expressiveness of the place. In the cellar, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and maceration for 10-12 days on the skins are carried out without the liquid undergoing filtration.

The Monleale wine presents itself in the glass with an intriguing garnet red appearance. Deep and autumnal nose, with hints of wet earth, cherries in spirits, peat, and cocoa, outlining an evocative and crepuscular picture. The sip is full and charming, endowed with great vitality and a splendid tapered tannin, also excellent in a gastronomic perspective. A must-try cult wine!
