The ‘Prisma’ Vigneti Repetto Piccolo Derthona is a 100% Timorasso from grapes sourced from the youngest vineyards of the estate, cultivated in soils characterized by a high limestone content. In the winery, alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the same type of wine containers where the liquid matures for several months until the final bottling. The exclusive use of steel is essential in preserving the freshness and mineral vein that distinguish the Timorasso from the Colli Tortonesi, thus offering a more immediate and pure expression of the territory.
