The Pinot Noir from Vallarom is a mountain red that ages for a long time between barrique and bottle, giving rise to an engaging bouquet all played on the crunchiness of the fruit, with cherry in spirits, marasca, and rose in evidence. The sip is subtle and elegant, animated by freshness and slight tannicity with a pleasantly almondy finish.

The Pinot Nero from Vallarom is a delicate and elegant red, produced in Vallegarina in the province of Trento. A young and original expression of one of the internationally successful grape varieties in the world, which finds in this area an ideal terrain, interpreted by the skilled and experimental hands of Filippo Scienza, owner, agronomist, and winemaker of this organic winery in Avio, Trentino. A wine that tells the personality of Pinot Nero in this territory and the passion and respect of its producers for the land, viticulture, and the environment.

Vallarom Pinot Nero is produced from 100% Pinot Nero grapes, grown in vineyards located on predominantly limestone soils of dolomitic type. The vines, aged 30 to 40 years, are trained using the traditional Trentino pergola method, and partly with the Guyot pruned espalier method. The grapes are hand-picked with a very careful selection of the best berries, then vinified in the winery in steel tanks. The maceration with the skins lasts about 10 days; during this phase, the primary aromas of the grape variety develop intensely and refine gently during the aging in barrique that lasts 14 months. Followed by a two-year aging in bottle.

This interesting label from Vallarom presents a light red color, typically varietal. In the glass, it releases fresh aromas of sour cherries, small red fruits, and aromatic herbs, softened by sweet notes of spices, vanilla, and an almond finish. Its taste is finely harmonious, with a light body, supported by juicy and soft tannins and a long, balsamic finish. Its freshness recalls the mountainous territory in which it is born and ensures longevity for this bottle that speaks of territoriality, elegance, and savoir faire.
