The Pouilly Fumé "Clos du Chateau Paladi" is a fresh, mineral, and elegant white wine that comes from Sauvignon grapes sourced from a small one-hectare plot away from the Loire River at about 400 meters altitude on clay-limestone soils. Notes of white flowers, citrus, and mineral tones lead to a fine, delicate tasting experience with great mineral freshness.

The Pouilly-Fumé "Clos du Chateau Paladi" from Domaine Masson Blondelet is an intense and complex white wine, representing the unique character of a parcel of the estate, vinified and bottled separately, to highlight the absolute quality of its grapes. It consists of only a few thousand bottles per year, dedicated to connoisseurs of the Pouilly-Fumé terroir or enthusiasts who wish to discover its more subtle and interesting nuances. It is a pure Sauvignon Blanc that is very elegant, fresh, and multifaceted, leaving little room for the easy aromatic notes of the grape variety, focusing instead on citrus, floral, and mineral sensations that make the sip refined and vibrant.

The "Clos du Chateau Paladi" is the Pouilly-Fumé from Domaine Masson Blondelet that represents the company's commitment to enhancing the wonderful territory of the Appellation. This important label is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested from a small parcel of about one hectare, characterized by the presence of old vines over 45 years of age, which take root in particularly valuable clay-limestone soils. The Clos du Chateau Paladi is located in the heart of the village of Pouilly, 400 meters from the banks of the Loire, with a south-southeast exposure. Since 2014, it has been vinified separately due to the exceptional quality of the grapes, which manage to express a Sauvignon capable of bringing the best characteristics of the terroir to the forefront. After soft pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures for at least two years on the lees in steel tanks, without undergoing malolactic fermentation, and is bottled with a very low addition of sulfites.

The Pouilly-Fumé Masson Blondelet is the wine for those who love aging whites, destined to reach full aromatic maturity only after a period of at least 4 or 5 years in the bottle. It is a cuvée to be approached with the awareness that, even though it is already very good now, it can only improve by staying in the cellar for a few years. It presents itself with a
