The Clos Monlleó Selecció Carinyena from Sangenís i Vaqué is a structured and mineral wine, with sweet and silky tannins, originating from expanses of grey slate located in Catalonia. With its intense dark red color, it is vinified first in underground tanks and then aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. This Spanish red wine captivates the senses with aromas of red cherries and ripe plums, smoky and slightly balsamic hints, and toasted and spicy notes. Perfectly paired with roasted lamb and aged cheeses, it brings out the best in itself!
