It offers a very fresh, taut, sharp, and mineral tasting experience, with great expressiveness.

The Alta Langa "Leonardo" by Principiano is a vintage Metodo Classico made from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay. The cuvée is particularly crafted using the SoloUva method. The tiraggio is done with the must of the same wine, without the use of exogenous sugars, in order to maintain the purity and absolute integrity of the grape. This is a label that expresses the characteristics of the sparkling wines of the territory, with a profile of great mineral freshness, a delicate and elegant fruit, and great tasting pleasure.

Ferdinando Principiano is a young winemaker who inherited the family estate and within a few years decided to direct production towards genuine, authentic wines that can speak of the tradition of the territory. Part of this vision includes foot crushing of the grapes, the use of indigenous yeasts, the SoloUva method, and the return to large Slavonian oak barrels instead of barriques. A choice that has given a very precise imprint to the winery, known among enthusiasts precisely for this extremely rigorous and respectful approach to the grapes and the territory, which translates into wines of great typicity.

The Alta Langa "Leonardo" sparkling wine from the Principiano winery is a beautiful version of Metodo Classico, from a denomination that is increasingly capturing the attention of enthusiasts with labels of absolute value. The territory of Alta Langa, thanks to its suitable soils and a cool, breezy climate, is perfect for cultivating Chardonnay and Pinot Nero for sparkling wine production. The vineyards are located in Serravalle Langhe, at an altitude of about 750 meters above sea level. After soft pressing, the must ferments with indigenous yeasts. The base wines rest for a few months before the creation of the cuvée. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle, using the must from the same grapes for the tiraggio, while the aging on the lees lasts a minimum of 30 months.In the glass, it presents as
