Bianco 'Lo Camin de Lumet' Domaine La Coume-Lumet 2023

The “Lo Camin de Lumet” from Domaine La Coume-Lumet is an intense white from Languedoc, produced from grapes grown on limestone soils, responsible for the great aromaticity found in the glass. On the nose, fruity aromas of pear and lemon dominate, accompanied by delicate aromas of acacia flowers and, in the finish, notes of baking, like freshly baked brioche. On the palate, the same aromatic complexity reappears, with great persistence, and the sip is dynamic but fresh and balanced, an ideal wine to accompany fish dishes with rich sauces, such as sole meunière.
