Cantina di Trento's White 'Santacolomba' is an organic wine made from Solaris and Johanniter grapes, both PIWI varieties. These hardy vines are increasingly popular in the region, where high quality expressions such as this wine can be found. The nose releases intense floral and citrus notes, with grapefruit, lemon and cedar. The palate is fresh, with an aromatic vegetal sensation and a long, slightly, and pleasantly, bitter finish. Ideal with summer fish dishes
