The Callas di Monte delle Vigne is a dry aromatic white wine made from Malvasia di Candia, vinified and aged in steel. It is rich, intense, and very expressive: citrus and aromatic herbs on the nose and a soft, balanced, fresh taste with long minerality

The Callas from Monte delle Vigne is an aromatic white wine that establishes an intense connection with the terroir of Collecchio; it couldn't be otherwise, given that the winery's core principle is the production of quality wine made in harmony with the environment, using highly sustainable practices that adhere to the principles of organic farming. This Malvasia is therefore a wine designed and made to have a low environmental impact and a strong personality, which remains imprinted thanks to a wide olfactory spectrum that paves the way for a harmonious sip, endowed with pleasant freshness.

The Callas is a white wine that Monte delle Vigne produces from pure Malvasia grapes, cultivated using the Guyot method in vineyards located at an altitude between 230 and 300 meters above sea level, on soil characterized by a predominantly clay component. After harvesting, the grapes ferment in steel tanks for about 20 days, and then remain to age, still in steel, for 6 months on the fine lees. Once this maturation is completed, the wine is bottled.

maturation, the wine is bottled.

The Callas wine made by the Monte delle Vigne winery manifests with a hue that, in the glass, takes on a straw yellow color, crossed by slight reflections tending towards greenish. On the nose, it is aromatic, with intense sensations recalling fruit and aromatic herbs, with an undercurrent of light mineral nuances. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with an enveloping entry, relying on good freshness; it finishes with a finish characterized by a savory aftertaste. An uncommon bottle, endowed with a precise and marked identity, which stands out with precision even several years after the harvest: to be tasted to indulge in something intriguing.
