DBE - Tenuta Solisciaro's Etna Rosato is a single-varietal rosé from Nerello Mascalese grapes that originates on the northern slope of the Sicilian volcano. This wine is elegant and light yet fresh and lively, capable of astounding with its extremely fruity notes of cherry, strawberry and small berries. After a 48-hour maceration period, this Etna Rosato matures for six months in stainless steel tanks and, once the bottle is opened, we recommend pairing it with a fish or seasonal vegetable dish
