Corti Cugini's Semi-sparkling Rosé 'Mokab' is a very distinctive blend of red grapes, produced according to the ancestral method. The result is a lively, rustic and straightforward wine that expresses the rustic style of this Franciacorta winery. The nose reveals aromas of wild strawberries and currants, wild flowers and hints of yeast. The palate is dry, fresh and vertical, with a pleasant savoury finish. Ideal with cold cuts or smoked trout and crisp vegetables
