In this territory, long dedicated to vine cultivation, the main international grape varieties, including Pinot Bianco, have found a mild climate, draining soils rich in minerals, which have proven ideal for expressing intense and elegant wines. This is the case with this label from Jermann, which offers a version of the noble French grape characterized by delicate aromas and a sip marked by fruity, complex, and refined aromas.
The Pinot Bianco wine is a beautiful interpretation in Friulian land of one of the most elegant white grape varieties. The Jermann winery is one of the most important realities in the region. Born from the innovative spirit and foresight of Silvio Jermann, it has managed to change the face of Friulian wine, focusing solely on quality. In just a few decades, its labels have become true icons of Italian wine in the world and have won the most coveted awards. Even today, the wines of Silvio Jermann are recognized among the best whites of our peninsula, thanks to extraordinary attention given to the vineyard and careful work in the winery. After soft pressing, fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The wine rests for a few months on the fine lees before being bottled. In the glass, it has a straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers subtle and refined aromas, with notes of white-fleshed fruit, peach, and cantaloupe. On the palate, it is harmonious, with an elegant mid-palate that expresses pleasantly ripe fruit. The finish is very balanced, with a fresh and tasty. Pinot Bianco is a grape variety to rediscover to appreciate its delicate finesse and extraordinary versatility at the table.
