Dario Coos' Pinot Gris is a Friulian white wine characterised by a splendid balance of lightness and persistence that make it a wine to have in the cellar at all times for a meal with friends. It goes well with a variety of fish dishes, from hors d'oeuvres to main courses, as well as with hearty vegetable soups. It is aged for at least 4 months in stainless steel and exudes aromas of apple, lime blossom and vanilla
