The Prosecco Riva di San Floriano by Nino Franco is the expression of the homonymous vineyard of Valdobbiadene. It is a vintage Brut sparkling wine with good structure, freshness, and liveliness. The aromatic profile is mineral, fruity, and floral, with hints of citrus, flowers, and white fruit.

The Veneto sparkling wine Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut “Riva di San Floriano” is one of the flagship products of the range made by Nino Franco. It is indeed a precise expression of the terroir of Riva di San Floriano, where the Glera vineyards that give rise to it are located, a parcel that has always been able to produce a Prosecco of the highest quality, as also testified by the awards obtained by the winery for this label over the years. A vintage with fine and elegant perlage, where the sip encourages repeated drinking.

The “Rive di San Floriano” Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut is born from the pure use of the reference grape for the production of Veneto sparkling wines, the Glera. The vines of this variety grow within the vineyards of Riva di San Floriano, a true cru strongly suited, which also gives its name to the label. The bunches, after the harvest carried out by the team of the Nino Franco winery, are destemmed and then, after pressing, the winemaking continues with a static decantation. The must ferments in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature, while the second fermentation takes place in autoclave, following the production principles of the Martinotti Method.

This Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut “Riva di San Floriano” presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow color, crossed by slight greenish reflections. The perlage is of fine grain, with excellent persistence. The range of aromas offered by the nose goes from floral hints to more mineral scents, and in the finish, fruity notes also emerge. On the palate, it has good structure, enveloping, lively and with a refreshing sip, which relies on a savory tasting texture. A label with which the Nino Franco winery reaches important qualitative peaks, recognized not only at the Italian level but also internationally.
