Andreola, a reality that manages to combine love for the past with the most recent production techniques, confirms itself as a reference winery not only for the production of Prosecco but in general for the entire Italian sparkling wine world. This Vintage, with its delicate and never overly intense aromaticity, is a living proof of admirable know-how in every segment of its production.
The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Dry "Vigna Ochera" is made by the Andreola winery starting from Glera grapes grown in the heart of the denomination. We are located in Col San Martino, between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, with vineyards characterized by good slope and a climate marked by excellent temperature variation between day and night and high humidity. The terroir is mainly clayey, composed of a sandstone subsoil. The Prosecco is produced following the production principles of the Method Martinotti and, after a first fermentation in steel at controlled temperature, the sparkling process takes place in autoclaves for a total of 30-40 days.
The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Millesimato "Vigna Ochera" Dry by Andreola presents itself visually with a bright yellow color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is broad, offering a generous trace of fruity notes, enriched by hints of lemon and various sweet aromas. On the palate, it has a delicate, slender and easy-drinking body thanks to the fresh sip from which some more citrus flavors emerge. An appealing bottle also from an aesthetic point of view, thanks to a clean and elegant line, perfect for making the aperitif hour a unique moment.
