Dario Coos's Riesling is a white wine that remains in contact with yeasts for at least 12 months, resulting in an intense, full-bodied, yet fine product. The aromas that distinguish it belong mostly to the sphere of tropical fruits where we find lychee, pineapple and melon, embraced however by more floral hints of chamomile and orange blossom. To be enjoyed with stewed fish, perhaps with accompanying sauces
