Grapes are purchased from skilled artisanal winemakers and then vinified by Cossard's skilled hand. The result is a successful experiment: intense citrus hints meet intriguing aromas of black tea and saltiness on the nose. The palate has slight tannicity, surprising savoriness and plenty of juice, making for a sip that is always fine, fresh and highly persistent. Extravagant but very classy
