The Reposado Tequila from Altos Olmeca from the Destilería Colonial de Jalisco is born from excellent quality raw material and an ancient artisanal savoir-faire, still made according to the oldest local customs. After the double distillation, the Tequila matures for a period of about 6 months in wooden barrels, previously used for aging Whisky.
