The secret of its unmistakable character lies in a maturation period of 4 years in barrels subjected to double toasting, already used for Bourbon aging. It presents itself with an intense and bright amber yellow color. The bouquet is wide and rich, with hints of dried fruit, ripe yellow fruit, honey, vanilla, sweet spices, and hints of roasting. On the palate, it has a soft and smooth entry, with sweet notes and a very persistent finish.
