Whisky Highland Park 10 years Old is a spirits that expresses the Viking spirit and the traditions of Scotland. It is elegant, intense and well-balanced, perfcet expressions from Highlands, charcaterized by hints of heather, sweet fruits and honey and by a smooth and round taste

The Single Malt Whisky "Viking Scars" 10 Years is a true ode to the origins of the Orkney Islands, where Highland Park is located. It is indeed an archipelago of islands once inhabited by the Vikings, so much so that the very founder of the distillery, Magnus Eunson, was a direct descendant of those Viking pioneers who settled on these islands. A label where traditions and craftsmanship merge into one, giving life to a distillate with an elegant and refined profile, perfect for enhancing post-dinner conversations.

The "Viking Scars" is a Single Malt Whisky that comes from a very strict selection of those raw materials that contribute to its creation. First of all, the barley, carefully chosen by Highland Park, as well as the aromatic peat, coming precisely from the Orkney Islands where the distillery is located. The malting of the barley takes place in a traditional way, on a stone floor, and the distillation uses two pot stills, strictly made of copper. At the end of the processing process, the The Whisky rests for 10 years in oak barrels previously intended for aging Sherry.

This Single Malt Whisky "Viking Scars" Highland Park 10 Years presents itself with a very intense golden yellow color. On the nose, a range of complex and layered aromas can be detected, starting from spicy notes to nuances of dried fruit, honey, and citrus peel. On the palate, it is full-bodied, round, with a sip characterized by a fresh and saline vein, which in the finish presents a slightly smoky aftertaste. A distillate perfect for sipping during after-dinner, in the company of guests or even alone, to indulge in moments of pure reflection and relaxation.
