Salice Salentino 'Faneros' Torrevento 2020

The Salice Salentino "Faneros" is a blend of Negramaro e Malvasia Nera grapes, raised with the alberello pugliese, in the Alta Murgia National Park. The alcoholic fermentation is preceded by a long maceration in steel tank, that mantain the earthy notes and mushrooms. It shows very clear notes of blackberry and ripen cherries, paired with spices of licorice and pink pepper. The body is smooth and pleasant, standing the elegant notes of red fruits.
