Beaujolais Villages from the Maison En Belles Lies winery is a pure Gamay of excellent taste and balance, perfect with red meats and mushrooms. It is made from manually harvested and selected grapes and is aged for 18 months in oak barrels. The ruby red colour with brilliant reflections illuminates the glass and introduces aromas of red fruits and liquorice, the palate enjoys a full, fruity, soft taste with fine tannins and a long finish

The Beaujolais Villages from Maison En Belles Lies is a wine originating from Burgundy. The village of Sant-Aubin hosts the land holdings of Pierre Fenals, who in 2002 decided to invest in winemaking, which has always been his greatest passion. He chose from the very beginning to operate in respect of the natural phases of development and growth of the plants, later transitioning to biodynamic farming.

The pure Gamay grapes of the Beaujolais Villages from Maison En Belles Lies grow on soils predominantly composed of limestone, clay, and pebbles, while the climate is continental with hot summers and cold winters, but not subject to frost. Human intervention in the vineyard is kept to a minimum, preferring the use of decoctions and herbal teas over chemicals and pesticides. Once the harvest is complete, in the cellar, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts takes place and it ages for 18 months in barrique.

the structure is balanced, fruity, and with elegant tannins well integrated into the structure and a pleasant final persistence that invites glass after glass. It is recommended to pair with cuts of red meat from the French tradition cooked on the grill and stewed, first courses with rich sauces, but also dishes based on seasonal vegetables. An excellent product to enjoy during summer barbecues with lifelong friends to savor genuine and authentic flavors in the glass.
