The Friulano produced by Schiopetto winery embodies the typical characteristics of a wine, the tradition of a territory, and the personality of a grape variety. Firmly rooted in the Gorizia Collio region, this white grape variety speaks of a mineral-rich land, extremely suited to viticulture and endowed with an elegance hidden among the layers of its marl soil. Friulano comes from a historic Cru, among the most precious for its conformation and profile. The desire to create expressive and refined wines guides the hand of Schiopetto winery, whose motto is: "French elegance, German technology, Friulian grapes".

Schiopetto Friulano comes from the historic Capriva Cru, which extends over a hilly surface of 18 hectares. The soil here is marl-type, rich in particular mineral structures that enrich the savory heritage of the grapes. Harvesting takes place strictly by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of around 16°C, lasting for 10-12 days. It matures for about 8 months in stainless steel tanks. Its vinification process ends with a minimum 5-month bottle aging.

Schiopetto's white Friulano appears in the glass with an intense straw yellow color, tending towards golden hues. Its aroma is composed of intense fruity notes that recall peach and apricot, set against a background of almonds and wildflowers. On the palate, it reveals the charm of mineral savoriness, intertwined with a fresh vein and balanced by a body with good structure. With its dynamic progression, it leaves a pleasant memory of olfactory-gustatory correspondence. Pleasantness and elegance coexist in this brilliant glass.
