Gin Premium Dry Marton's
Gin Marton is an Italian spirits produced with cold maceration according to the the ancient English traditions. It is not filtered, so the colour is straw yellow. It expresses spicy and complex notes of ginger, jenever and licorice. To drink straight, on the rocks or in classic cocktails
The Gin Premium Dry Marton's is a distillate reserved for those who are tired of the usual industrial products and instead want to indulge in the pleasure of an artisanal sip, where passion and tradition come together. We are indeed faced with a label designed to remain "alternative", in which the little more than 10,000 bottles produced are crafted in different batches where scents and nuances change precisely because they are the result of a "homemade" process. An Italian masterpiece born from Roby Marton that, in a very short time, has gained success in the most elegant and refined venues across Europe. Perfect to enjoy "on the rocks" or mixed in a classic Gin & Tonic.
The Marton Gin Premium Dry distillate is born following the oldest English traditions, combined with the high quality standards desired by Roby Marton, the creative mind behind the distillate. It reflects the ancient method of the "bathtub", leaving the botanicals to infuse cold for a long period in steel tanks. As many as 12are the ingredients that are selected, among which we find juniper, cinnamon, citrus peel, anise, pink pepper, red fruits, and cloves. At the end of the distillation process, being a Gin "handmade", it is neither filtered nor clarified.
The Gin Premium Dry by Roby Marton presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow color. The nose is concentrated, structured around generous notes where spices alternate with the classic juniper, revealing in the finish also a hint of licorice and ginger. On the palate, it has excellent body, balanced, with a sip in continuous evolution endowed with notable warmth and enveloping softness; it ends with a finish of excellent persistence. A label that reveals how Gin can find "creators" even outside the United Kingdom, arriving in Veneto to take on a highly artisanal profile.
