Spumante Dry "Nadin" is a Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene that comes from the prized vineyards cultivated by the Foss Marai winery in the area of Guia, a small hamlet in the municipality of Valdobbiadene that has always been known for the excellent quality of its wines. The vineyards are located in the hilly area that precedes the foothills of the Pre-Alps. The mountains protect the area from the cold northern winds, providing a cool, mild climate that is ideal for viticulture. Soils consisting of limestone and clays are very draining and rich in valuable minerals. From this fortunate combination of factors, the famous sparkling wines of Valdobbiadene are born. At the end of the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed, and the free-run must is vinified in stainless steel and then sparkling in autoclaves according to the Martinotti Method.

Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene "Nadin" from Foss Marai is a sparkling wine of great territorial typicity with a persuasive face, pleasantly soft and enveloping. In the glass, it has a pale straw yellow colour, with luminous greenish reflections. The perlage is continuous and fine. The nose expresses scents of wisteria, white flowers, fragrant and delicate aromas of white fruit. The palate has a fresh, creamy and lively attack, endowed with a slight residual sugar. It stretches towards a harmonious and balanced finish.
