The starting base is made from the famous London Dry to which ripe lemons, carefully hand-picked and processed, are added. The typical aromas of the botanicals of the classic Bombay Sapphire are enriched and blended with the fragrant and refreshing citrus notes, making the sip even more captivating, rich, and persistent. The "Citron Pressé" London Dry Gin is the result of the centuries-old experience of one of the most well-known and appreciated brands among spirit enthusiasts. The Bombay Sapphire distillery is located in the English region of Hampshire, characterized by an unspoiled rural landscape, rich in greenery and natural biodiversity. For the production of the London Dry,the company still uses the ancient 18th-century recipe, based on the perfect balance of 10 botanicals, carefully selected after a long research process, among which stand out, besides the essential juniper, licorice, Java pepper, angelica, almonds, coriander, cassia bark, iris, and cardamom. In this particular version, traditional ingredients are also joined by Mediterranean lemons, which add a note of citrus freshness and lively fragrance. For the infusion, only hand-processed lemon peels are used, rich in essential oils and intense aromatic components. Distillation takes place in traditional Carterhead stills, following the highest quality standards.
