The "Helan Mountains" of the Chateau Changyu Moser winery is a unique Cabernet Sauvignon from China. Once harvested by hand, the grapes are fermented in steel vats where the wine stops to refine a few months. A new style for this classic grape, which focuses on fruity and spicy aromas in a fresh, intense and full-bodied sip

The Cabernet Sauvignon "Helan Mountains" from Château Changyu Moser is produced in the Ningxia region of China, considered the most suitable area for Chinese wine production. The diplomat Zhang Bishi, having visited European and American countries where the production is abundant and lush, decided to import a large number of plants in order to start a modern Chinese wine production, also thanks to the help of an Austrian winemaker, August Wilhelm Baron von Babo. Over the years, production has grown increasingly, also thanks to Italian and American investors; in 2015, the Moser family, with thirty years of experience in the sector, decided to take over the company and make their expertise available. In 2017, they became part of the CHANGYU International Wine R&D Center project, focused on the ecological and cultural tourism of the country.

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the "Helan Mountains" of Château Changyu Moser are cultivated in an area protected from sudden frosts by the presence of the mountains; the soils are well irrigated thanks from the presence of the waters of the Yellow River that originate from the pristine springs of Tibet. The crops are protected from the harsh winter temperatures thanks to burying techniques using sand and soil that create an impenetrable cover. Once harvested, the grapes are transported to the winery where alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel; it will age in steel for a few months before being bottled.

The color of the Cabernet Sauvignon "Helan Mountains" from Château Changyu Moser is a ruby red with brilliant reflections. The aromas recall hints of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, underbrush notes, and spicy aromas on the finish. On the palate, it reveals itself to be full-bodied, intense, and fresh with a good presence of tannins well integrated into the body of the wine. It pairs perfectly with grilled and braised red meat, first courses with rich sauces, and vegetarian dishes; interesting also with blue cheeses. An excellent product to keep in your personal cellar to share with family for occasions or anniversaries, enjoying in the glass a unique product, with genuine and authentic flavors.genuine and authentic.
