Champagne Brut Nature by Roederer, produced with the architect Philippe Starck, is a rich and complex vintage champagne, characterized by a great drinkability. It is aged for 5 years on the lees and it expresses perfumes of citrus, nuts and yellow fruits. The taste is fresh, light, smooth and mineral

The Brut Nature Champagne by Roederer and Starck is a rich and complex sparkling wine, born from the collaboration between the renowned maison and architect Philippe Starck. A historic winery and undoubtedly one of the most esteemed in the world of Champagne, Roederer has a tradition with very deep roots, dating back to 1776. Since then, despite a growing vineyard area and global demand, the belief has remained unchanged: to produce liquids of extreme quality using grapes from the best crus of the Champagne wine region. Today, Roederer owns 240 hectares, mostly in the Valle de la Marne area, with plots that are enhanced by the stylistic interpretations of the Maison. Creaminess, substance, and finesse blend in unique bottles, loved by enthusiasts and that captivate newcomers.

The Brut Nature Roederer and Starck is made from a blend predominantly consisting of Pinot Nero with a portion of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. In the vineyard, the focus is on sustainability and the vitality of the soils, therefore it was decided to follow various precepts of biodynamic agriculture. The grapes destined for the cuvée come from the municipality of Cumières, and the vines rest on clay-limestone soils. The first fermentation takes place in steel and 25% in oak barrels, which add greater richness to the blend. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle with a long aging on the lees for 60 months.

The Roederer and Starck Champagne presents itself in the glass with a straw-yellow hue and an extremely fine and persistent perlage. The first olfaction outlines a complex yet delicious picture, where notes of golden apple, hawthorn, brioche bread, and hints of pastry clearly stand out. Then there are lime and dried fruit. Inviting and seductive, it is impossible not to explore its taste profile, and the sip delivers a liquid where elegance and creaminess blend perfectly. Freshness and sapidity are perfectly integrated, balancing the sip and extending its persistence. A bottle to enjoy, even on
