Maxime Blin's Champagne Brut Rosé 'Evanescence' is a rosé with traits typical of the sandy-limestone terroir of Trigny in the Montagne de Reims. It is a pure Pinot Noir with a small percentage of reserve wines, with great finesse and complexity but also structure. There are floral and red fruit hints on the nose, with a lingering finish that entices one to sip. Crisp on the palate, with a creamy bubble, a 'gourmand' sparkling wine perfect for the whole meal

The family-run winery Maxime Blin presents the Champagne Brut Rosé ‘Evanescence’, a sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir that stands out for its delicious and fruity flavor. We are in the territory of Trigny, a small village in the Montagne de Reims located a few kilometers northwest of the city of Reims, in an area characterized by gentle hills that host vineyards mainly divided between Meunier and Pinot Noir, with a lesser presence of Chardonnay. The producer Récoltant Manipulant Maxime Blin is committed to enhancing this vocated territory, backed by a long family tradition.

The Brut Rosé Champagne Maxime Blin ‘Evanescence’ is a 100% Pinot Noir from vines grown under certified organic farming on soils characterized by a high presence of sand, clay, and limestone. In particular, the plants rest on hilly slopes of the Trigny territory, exposed to the south and southeast. In the winery, the grapes undergo a gentle pressing using a Coquard press, and the must obtained is then vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with complete malolactic fermentation. The base sparkling wine is obtained from the combination of 70% vintage wine and 30% of vins de réserve, of which 15-18% is made up of red wine. The secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method and the aging on the lees lasts for 36 months before the dégorgement and final dosage to Brut, with 7 g/l of residual sugars.

The Champagne ‘Evanescence’ Brut Rosé by Maxime Blin has a salmon pink color with fine and lasting effervescence. The nose offers inviting hints of small red fruits and flowers, combined with memories of bread crust. Fresh and at the same time creamy on the palate, with a intense progression characterized by delicious fruity returns.
