Champagne Brut Grand Cru "Conversation" by Jean Louis Vergnon is a wonderfull Blanc de Blancs, deeply fresh and pleasant realized with only Chardonnay grapes from Mesnil-sur-Oger, aged for at least 3 years on the lees in bottle with 20% wine reserve adding. On the nose it opens to citrusy, crunchy and fruity aromas with almonds undertones and light hues of lemon peel and grapefuit. The sip is fine, taut and vertical with great minerality and acid vein; it will open slowly, but after is really unbelievable

The Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs "Conversation" is a Champagne of extraordinary pleasure, a pure and elegant expression of Chardonnay. The Maison Jean Louis Vergnon has been cultivating vines in Champagne for 5 generations and today produces labels that are a refined expression of a territory among the most vocated and famous of the Côte des Blancs. The estate extends mainly in the municipal territory of the Grand Cru of Mesnil sur Oger, always famous for the extraordinary quality of its grapes, and in parcels located in the territory of Oger and Avize, other renowned Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs and in the Premier Crus of Vertus and Villeneuve. The Chardonnay vines have an average age of over 30 years, with some old vines of particular value, which always guarantee grapes of the highest quality. In the countryside, the use of herbicides is banned and treatments are limited to the bare minimum, with particular attention to the environment.
The Champagne "Conversation" is a Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs by Jean Louis Vergnon resulting from a selection of grapes, harvested at full ripeness, to ensure the maximum expression of the aromatic richness of Chardonnay. At the end of fermentation, the base wines rest without undergoing malolactic fermentation. The final blend consists of 80% of vins clairs from the vintage aged in steel and 20% of wines
