The Brut Zero Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru from Maison Vazart-Coquart is a Champagne that comes from Chardonnay vines grown in the Grand Cru of Chouilly. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks, and during the blending phase, 25% of reserve wines from previous vintages aged in the Maison's cellars using the Solera Method is added to the vins clairs of the vintage. The secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a resting period on the lees of 72 months. The Champagne presents itself with a light yellow color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is elegant and complex, with aromas of ripe yellow fruit, dried fruit, pastry notes, honey, and bread crust. On the palate, it is soft and creamy, mature and rich, extending towards a savory and refreshing finish.
