The distillery is located near Auckland and produces Gin with a base of grain alcohol and a selection of high-quality botanicals, sourced from all over the world, including: orange peel, lemon peel, mandarin peel, coriander seeds, cardamom, juniper, angelica, licorice, cinnamon, and cassia. The processing is still done todaycrafted and in small batches, with careful distillation processes in traditional stills, which guarantee absolute quality levels. The use of crystal-clear water from the springs of the New Zealand mountains, filtered through rocks, also contributes to the expressive purity of the Gin, making it particularly light.
