The gin is born from a careful selection of botanicals grown and harvested in the beautiful hinterland of the seaside village of Portofino, including lemons, juniper, iris, lavender, rosemary, sage, marjoram, and many other wild aromatic herbs typical of the Ligurian Riviera flora. The production follows a long and meticulous process: each botanical is individually processed, macerated in alcohol, and distilled separately using a traditional copper still. The various components are then blended to create a perfect harmony of aromas and flavors.
