The Sicilian Dry Ginacria is a Gin resulting from an interesting reality, which has managed to stand out with products of excellent quality. Nysura Distillery has focused on creating an artisanal Gin dedicated to the most discerning enthusiasts. The company's philosophy has always been oriented towards enhancing the excellences of the territory, in order to create products capable of telling the authentic character of Sicily and in particular the area of Enna. The process begins with a careful and rigorous selection of the best local raw materials. The recipe involves the use of numerous botanicals, among which the following stand out for their importance: juniper berries, licorice, citrus fruits, citrus flowers, almonds, and false pepper leaves. The processing is traditional, with slow infusions and macerations for the optimal extraction of aromas. This is followed by a vacuum distillation at low temperature, using the rotary evaporator method, which allows preserving the fragrance of the aromas and obtaining a Gin of great purity and finesse.
