"Didyme" by Tasca d'Almerita is a dry white wine of great aromaticity and freshness obtained from Malvasia delle Lipari grapes. The olfactory impact is captivating and intense, played on Mediterranean scents, flowers and citrus. On the palate, it evokes great balance and a soft and pleasantly savory taste

proceeds with the aging phase, where it remains in stainless steel tanks for 4 months in contact with the yeasts, before being bottled and marketed.

The Dry Malvasia of Salina "Didyme" signed by the Tasca d'Almerita winery has a beautiful straw yellow color, decidedly bright and luminous. Rich and varied is the array of aromas that greet the nose, where marine notes and floral sensations dance together with fruity nuances, in which a hint of Sicilian almond can be found. On the palate, it is light-bodied, smooth, and easy to drink, endowed with excellent balance and pleasant freshness. A bottle that finds its gastronomic completion when paired with fish dishes, even raw.
