Ama Brewery's Pet-Nat Tea "LAU" is a Kombucha of great complexity and extremely representative of the varietal used. It is made with water from a source in the Basque Country and Milk Oolong leaves from Taiwan. The straw yellow colour with golden hues introduces notes of caramel and chestnut while the palate encounters a milky and complex taste. Excellent for pairing with fatty foods such as marrow or pork.

scoby, a culture of bacteria and yeasts that allows the fermentation necessary for the production of kombucha. Once the fermentation process is complete, the Pet-Nat Tea ‘LAU’ is bottled and left to mature for 6 months before being marketed.

Visually, the Ama Brewery Tea Pet-Nat ‘LAU’ takes on a slightly cloudy straw yellow color with golden hues. Intense and complex aromas of caramel and chestnut characterize the nose along with varietal hints of milk. The tasting is articulated and fresh, with good body and depth, featuring characteristic lactic sensations on the finish. This is a versatile kombucha that can be paired with soft cheese platters, white meats, or even dark chocolate.
