The "Veritas" from the Foursquare distillery is a Rum that comes from a blend of selected white Rums, aged for a short time. The Distillery represents a historic name in Barbados, always linked to the great tradition of the Caribbean island. The raw material is the fine molasses from sugar cane of the highest quality, coming from Guyana, which is fermented in stainless steel tanks. The subsequent distillation process takes place using a continuous double-column still in the Coffey Still style or with a discontinuous Pot Still. The Rum "Veritas" Foursquare is the blend of three different white Rums, one of which is aged for 2 years in barrels previously used to age Bourbon, which helps to enrich the character of the distillate with aromas, without altering its clarity and cleanliness on the palate.
