Spumante Metodo Classico Nature Magnum Monsupello
The Spumante Nature by Monsupello is a classic method non-dosed sparkling wine, aged on the lees in bottle for at least 36 months with a fine and festive organoleptic profile, especially in the exclusive magnum format. Rich fruity scents of bread, almonds and hazelnuts are integrated into an elegant, harmonious and balanced aromatic texture, made lively by a fine and persistent perlage
The Brut Nature Magnum by Monsupello is a sparkling wine dry, elegant, and intense, obtained from the sparkling process of Pinot Nero grapes and a small part of Chardonnay. A name, a certainty, and a guarantee of excellence, Monsupello belongs to that circle of sparkling wine houses that have become a reference point in the wine scene of Oltrepò Pavese, thanks to unique sparkling wines with great character. This is certainly also due to the long tradition that binds the Boatti family to these wonderful lands; a story that began back in 1893 and continues today through the production of rare quality Metodo Classico. The Brut Nature is the most authentic symbol of this winery, a bubble with international prestige that every year confirms itself among the most interesting expressions of the territory and in general of all Italy.

The must ferments first in steel and then undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle with the addition of a liquer de tirage. The second fermentation lasts about 36 months, the time necessary for the yeasts to impart all their nuances.
The Monsupello Nature Magnum sparkles in the glass with its brilliant straw-yellow-golden hue, marked by a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose is very complex and rich; initially, fruity and floral nuances emerge, which then give way in a few seconds to evolved tones of bread crust, toasted almond, subtle mineral notes, and light brioche essences. Subtle, fine, and possessing a graceful physique, it envelops the palate with softness and refinement, leaving
