The original core of the Masi family's estates is located in near Sant’Ambrogio, in the beautiful hilly area that extends between Lake Garda and Verona. The wine is born from a blend of the historic red grape varieties of the area: Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara. The vinification takes place with fermentation in stainless steel tanks with skin maceration. After a few months, the wine is re-fermented on the fresh pomace of Amarone, using the ripasso technique, so that it is enriched with structure, complexity, and aromas.
