The "Monflowers" is a Blanche beer with a very refreshing and fresh timbre, inspired by the Belgian tradition and obtained from a mix of spices and Monferrato flowers, Piedmontese malt and wheat. The nose tells delicate notes of wheat, cereals and wheat, supported by hints of honey brought by Italian malt. The sip is light, thin, with a refreshing and very smooth drink

The “Monflowers” is a Blanche of great freshness and drinkability, inspired by the great models of Belgian white beer, also known as witbier. On those scorching summer days, it is the perfect break to refresh and enjoy a moment of pure relaxation, letting those fresh droplets that condense from the glass slide away together with thoughts and worries. A beer for refreshment in the name of joy, which effectively fulfills its primary function, that is to quench thirst. It is also produced as a tribute to the third anniversary of Civale and carries a very special and sought-after name. In fact, behind the word “Monflowers” lies part of its original recipe; specifically, it is obtained from flowers (flowers) of the “Mon”-ferrato and a mix of local spices. The barley malt is also of Piedmontese origin, as is the rye and wheat, all used to create this wonderful Blanche.

from the Piedmontese territory. The water is healthy and untreated, the malt is Italian, the “spices” (coriander, lemon balm, and orange peel), the flowers (lavender, hawthorn, rose, and chamomile), and the unmalted wheat are typically local. A beer that therefore smells and tastes of Monferrato. During the production process, it is hopped with two types of hops that are not particularly bitter, Magnum and Mittelfrüh (10 IBU). Furthermore, according to the craft ideologies of the brewery, it is not pasteurized.
