The Golden Ale "Alica" from Birrificio Civale is a blonde beer made with a top fermentation process, distinguished by its light and delicate taste. It is characterized by a remarkable freshness, making each sip particularly appealing and immediate. Floral aromas, beautiful fruity notes, and malty softness are well balanced by the slightly herbal and citrusy aromas of the hops. It is a refreshing beer, particularly suitable for drinking in summer to share the pleasure of convivial moments with friends.

"Alica" is a Golden Ale produced in Spinetta Marengo, in the province of Alessandria, by Birrificio Civale. It is a small artisanal reality, created in 2009 by two friends who shared a passion for beer. Vincenzo Civale and Daniele Cosenza thus transformed from simple homebrewers into true entrepreneurs, founding a small independent brewery. At Birrificio Civale, years of personal experiences, experiments, and original recipes converge, which will then feed the range of labels. The beers are They mainly refer to the classic models of the Belgian and Anglo-Saxon world, a starting point to be reinterpreted in a always creative and personal way. Despite the international inspiration, the Piedmontese connotation is manifested in the choice of raw materials from the territory, in order to give the labels a more typical and authentic territorial face.

The "Alica" beer from Birrificio Civale is a Golden Ale produced from Pils and CaraPils malts, combined with Magnum and Saaz hops. It is bottled and marketed without being pasteurized. In the glass, it presents an inviting slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a rather rich and persistent white foam. On the nose, it expresses delicate and subtle aromas, with floral scents, notes of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, malty softness, and crunchy hints of bread crust. On the palate, it has a medium body, with a fresh, harmonious, and smooth sip, offering a satisfying drink and a finish with hoppy sensations.
