"Thunderhop" by Birrificio Civale is an Imperial IPA all played on a deeply hoppy firm. American hops are used in aroma and in dry hopping in order to give on the nose resine, citrus fruits, grapefruit, mandarine and tropical fruits accents. On the palate is full and intense, extremely bitter (100 IBU) with a dry, clean and resinous closure

The "Thunderhop" from Birrificio Civale is an Imperial IPA that perfectly reflects the style of this beer with a characteristic hoppy profile. It is a beer with intense aromas reminiscent of the fresh fragrance of citrus fruits, tropical fruit notes, accompanied by balsamic and pine resin nuances. Its dry and slightly bitter sip makes it immediately enjoyable and extremely pleasant. A beer that recalls the best IPAs and captivates with extraordinary smoothness, accompanied by bold and persistent aromas.

The Imperial IPA "Thunderhop" from Birrificio Civale is the result of a personal interpretation of a type of beer that draws inspiration from the classic model of English Indian Pale Ales, high-fermentation beers produced with a very high dose of hops, which in the 1800s were exported from England to the Indian colonies. The Imperial version further exaggerates this component of hoppy freshness and offers one of the most interesting labels from Birrificio Civale. In about ten yearsof activity, this small independent reality, created by the passion for beer of Vincenzo Civale and Daniele Cosenza, has carved out an important place in the landscape of Italian craft beers, thanks to the use of quality raw materials combined with a dose of original inventiveness, in proposing beers of undeniable personality and character.
