Francois Bergeret's Bourgogne Blanc Vieilles Vignes 'Rondo' comes from a small cru planted in 1950. The grapes, cultivated with manual thinning and very low yields, are aged for 12 months in oak barrels before a brief period in steel. The nose offers cooked peach, fresh butter and a mineral vein, while the palate amazes with its roundness and persistent freshness, supported by a vibrant sapidity.
