The Cavalleri Rosé Sparkling Wine is a Vintage Classic Method that captivates with its fine, refined, and seductive body. Aged for 40 months on the lees, it offers an elegant and intense olfactory imprint, defined by hints of pink grapefruit, berries, bread crust, geranium fragrances, and a delicate mineral background. On the palate, a gentle and lively mineral freshness dominates, enlivened by a fine and caressing perlage, making the sip satisfying and clear.

The Rosé Spumante by Cavalleri is one of the most interesting labels of this type of Metodo Classico, produced in the Franciacorta area. It is born from a blend of Pinot Nero, which provides structure and power, and Chardonnay, which gives refined and elegant notes. It is a Millesimato that perfectly expresses the rich and intense character of Rosé, representing the ideal choice for those who love sparkling wines with good structure, aromatic richness, and a strong gastronomic vocation. The fruity aromas, always well balanced by a savory freshness, make it perfect to bring to the table to accompany shellfish, seafood pasta dishes, or a platter of cold cuts. But also try it with a margherita pizza.

The Rosé by Cavalleri represents the most pleasantly rich and satisfying face produced by a renowned Franciacorta winery. For a house that has decided to focus on enhancing Chardonnay to create great Blanc de Blancs, this sparkling wine is the exception that confirms the mastery also in the elaboration of cuvées with Pinot Nero. The Cavalleri estate extends over an area of about forty hectares in the heart of the Franciacorta. The grapes used for the production of the Rosé come from the vineyards of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay cultivated in the hilly area of Erbusco and Adro. At the end of the harvest, the two varieties are processed separately, with soft pressing of the bunches and fermentation in steel of the must. The base wines are then blended to create the final cuvée, which is refermented in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico, with aging on the lees for at least 40 months before proceeding to disgorgement.

The Millesimato Rosé by Cavalleri is a Metodo Classico that interprets this increasingly appreciated type with extreme fidelity to the characteristics of the territory. It is, in fact, a blend in which Chardonnay plays an important role (40%) compared to the red-berried grapes of Pinot Nero (60%). The result of this choice is a wine of great balance, which manages to perfectly synthesize structure and finesse. The glass seduces the eye with a pale coppery pink color and with a fine and continuous perlage. The delicate notes of citrus and the aromas of small forest fruits areforest, are completed by delicate sensations of bread crust, which open the tasting experience to an intense and persistent sip. The finish is pleasantly savory and of lively freshness. A bottle absolutely not to be missed for those who love Rosé bubbles.
