Verdicchio di Matelica 'Del Cerro' from the Belisario winery is a stereotypical wine of the area, fresh and powerful at the same time. Stainless steel processing is preferred to preserve the fruity traits of the grapes. Floral and with hints of peach, on the finish there are subtle balsamic hints reminiscent of aniseed. Powerful and elegant, with a marked savouriness and softness, it is a perfect match for a stockfish 'all'anconetana'
