Champagne Brut Krug is a unique and rare Vintage, with great personality and class, matured for 12 years in the cellars. The olfactory range is rich, wide and seductive, with sensations of white pulp fruit, citrus peel, toasted almond, acacia honey, small pastries, memories of menthol and butter. Tension and depth harmonize in an impeccable, creamy and very elegant texture, with a limpid mineral freshness

The Champagne Brut Krug is a Vintage with a rich and generous profile, supported by a vibrant freshness. The choice of high-quality grapes and a 12-year aging process provide the pleasure of a high-class label, a perfect expression of the unique character of a great vintage. Always a symbol of elegance and allure, Krug offers bottles that have won over the most discerning enthusiasts. It is a Champagne particularly suited for gastronomic pairings with roasted white meats, noble poultry, duck breast, and lemon confit meat tajine.

The Brut Krug is a Champagne resulting from a rigorous selection of grapes from the estate's prized vineyards. Pinot Noir (48%) makes up the majority percentage and comes from the plots cultivated in the Montagne de Reims Nord, Sud, and Le Ricey areas. The cuvée is completed by Chardonnay (35%) of great maturity and aromatic richness and by Meunier (17%) from Leuvrigny and SainteGemme. The grapes are vinified separately by variety and single plot, allowing for a wide range of wines for the final selection.a wide range of wines for the final selection. The bunches are subjected to a very gentle pressing, and the free-run must is vinified in white. After aging for a few months, the vins clairs are carefully evaluated, and only the best are selected to be part of the final blend. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a long aging on the lees of 12 years.

The Champagne Brut Krug is a bottle dedicated to those who love the strong and decisive style typical of the historic maison of Reims. In the glass, it presents a bright and luminous golden yellow color, crossed by an extremely fine and delicate perlage, with great persistence. Intense and rich, it seduces with mature aromas reminiscent of yellow fruit, pineapple, peach, candied citrus peels, dried fruit, hazelnuts, and toasted almonds, soft vanilla spices, hints of pastry, acacia honey, and bread crust. On the palate, it is structured, complex, with a deep and broad sip, with a determined length towards a very persistent finish and great mineral freshness.
