Champagne Brut Zero by Meniere is a dry, elegant bubble with toasted tones, the result of a vinification in barrique and a long stay on the lees for 7 years. Intense, complex, rich and of great class and elegance, it amazes with its large bouquet of citrus fruits, vanilla, spices, pastry and shades of toasted wood

fauvagnes. The three varieties are vinified separately and the fermentations take place in French oak barrels for 30% new and for 70% with more than 4 years. The base wines mature for 6-8 months in barrels on the fine lees and with periodic bâtonnage, without undergoing malolactic fermentation. At the time of blending, a 15% reserve wine is added to the vintage vins clairs. The refermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a sur lattes resting of at least 7 years.

The Champagne Brut Zero from Maison Minière F&R is the choice of those who love the linear finesse of zero dosages, capable of expressing a profile of essential balance. In the glass, it presents a bright golden yellow color, with a delicate, fine, and very persistent perlage. Refined and complex, it reveals floral scents, hints of pain grillé, aromas of citrus, ripe yellow fruit, toasted sensations, almond, and dried fruit. The sip is dry and taut, with a vertical length of great gustatory depth. Multifaceted and intense, it conquers with elegant aromas, characterized by evolving notes that lead to a salty finish and lively citrus freshness.
