Champagne Rosé by Chartogne Taillet is a great rosé of assemblage from varieties typical of the region. It is given in the glass with a rich and complex aromatic and olfactory profile, fruit of a long maturation on the yeasts in bottles of at least 40 months. Intense hints of strawberries, light spices and red fruit emerge with vivacity on a fine, elegant, mineral and enveloping texture

The Champagne Brut Rosé by Chartogne Taillet is a classic cuvée of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier, grown in the Montagne de Reims area. It is a blend of selected base wines from the best parcels of this family-run Maison, which produces Champagne of excellent quality still characterized by a craftsmanship touch. It is a Rosé of good structure, which, thanks to the long aging on the lees, expresses rich and intense aromas, ranging from small berries to hints of bread crust and delicate, soft spicy notes.

The Rosé by Chartogne Taillet is a Champagne Brut, originating from the Merfy area, northwest of Reims. The estate covers a total of 11 hectares, divided into numerous parcels cultivated in the southern part of the Saint-Thierry massif, with a south-southeast exposure. This is one of the areas of the Champagne region characterized by a cool and continental climate, which favors a slow ripening of the grapes with significant temperature fluctuations. The management of the vineyards is carried out in full harmony with the natural context, no chemical products or agricultural machinery are used. The soil is worked with the help of horses, which do not compact the soil, maintaining its natural vitality. Even in the cellar, the work is done trying to intervene as little as possible. Fermentations take place with indigenous yeasts, and the wines are not subjected to filtration.

The Brut Rosé from Maison Chartogne Taillet is a perfect label for those who love Champagnes with a strong gastronomic vocation. It is an ideal bottle to enjoy throughout the meal, with delicate white meats or fish stews with tomatoes. It is produced with a blend of base wines of Pinot Noir and Meunier vinified in rosé and Chardonnay. A small percentage of red vinified Pinot Noir from the prized Orizeux parcel in the village of Merfy is then added to the vins clairs. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise method, with a sur lattes aging of at least 40 months. It presents a fairly intense pink color with slight orange reflections. The bouquet expresses citrus aromas, small red berry fruits, hints of bread crust, and elegant spicy nuances. The palate is full and satisfying, with rich and persistent aromas that harmoniously fade into a fresh and slightly spicy finish.
