Aldo Conterno "Romirasco" is made from pure Nebbiolo grapes from the Romirasco vineyard in Bussia, grown on clay-limestone soils facing southwest. The harvest begins in the first half of October and, after careful manual selection of the bunches, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks where maceration on the skins lasts about 30 days. After racking, the liquid remains in steel for about 4-5 months. It is then aged in Slavonian oak barrels for about 30 months, during which several
